Shipping policy

We're based in Wellington, and send orders across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.

Digital products

Printables are delivered instantly - a download link is emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed. There's no shipping charge on digital items. If your link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or email hello@growinggoals.co.nz.

Physical products

Physical orders (journals, acrylic savings containers, sticker sheets) are dispatched within 1–3 business days and sent by tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within New Zealand; rural addresses may take a little longer. We'll email your tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. 

Australia & international orders

We ship to New Zealand and Australia. Australian orders are sent by tracked international courier and typically arrive within 6–12 business days, with shipping calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, GST or import taxes charged by Australian authorities are the customer's responsibility. If you're elsewhere in the world and would like to order, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout - we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll help track it down.
