Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the Growing Goals Co. website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't limit your rights under NZ consumer law.

Our products

Growing Goals Co. creates journals, savings systems and printable resources that help children build money confidence. Our products and content are for general educational purposes and are not financial advice. They're designed to be used by children with the support of a parent or caregiver.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We may update prices and product details at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify.

Orders

Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs); if we do, we'll refund you in full.

Digital products & licence

When you buy a printable, you receive a licence to download and print it for your own personal, family use. Please don't resell, share, redistribute or reproduce our digital products for commercial purposes. All designs, text and materials remain the intellectual property of Growing Goals Co.

Your consumer rights & liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the guarantees you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.

Privacy & governing law

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We may update them from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
